EXHIBITIONS / Courage To Care

23 September - 26 November

Gallery 2 and Mercury Gallery

Courage to Care is a non-profit organisation working in the field of anti-discrimination education. This travelling exhibition tells the inspiring  stories of remarkable individuals who had the courage to stand up to injustice to help save persecuted Jews during the Holocaust of WWII. Using the stories of these courageous Upstanders alongside displays of precious historical artefacts and moving audio-visual elements, the exhibition seeks to inspire the audience to be Upstanders themselves, empowering them with the timeless lesson that small acts of kindness can make a big difference, and ordinary people are capable of extraordinary acts.

Official opening Tuesday 3 October at 6pm
